速賣通站內(nèi)信怎么寫？有什么技巧？

站內(nèi)信處理的基本原則

1、批發(fā)的站內(nèi)信消息優(yōu)先處理。抓住一個(gè)老客戶，有時(shí)候可以頂你一天的銷售額，要把更多的精力放在批發(fā)訂單上，爭(zhēng)取拿下批發(fā)訂單。

2、如實(shí)回答，切勿忽悠。客戶詢問(wèn)產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)功能，知道就是知道，不知道就是不知道，不確定就說(shuō)不知道，一旦你說(shuō)了可以支持，結(jié)果買回去用不了，速賣通糾紛退全款，妥妥的。(客戶要懂產(chǎn)品+物流+銷售等等)。

站內(nèi)信分類及具體方法：

1、產(chǎn)品問(wèn)題

問(wèn)外觀相關(guān)(尺寸，顏色等)
